Metallic Dust, Fumes & Intensive Spraying Noise gets generated during Thermal spray process specifically HVOF, HVLF and Plasma spraying which not only spoils the Environment but harm the Operators health as well. To creat less hazardous work environment and to provide better work condition, acoustic chamber / room with dust extraction system is provided. This designated chamber is fabricated with sheet metal and rockwool panels. This chambers can help to reduce noise level during the process and emission of metal dust can be controlled by cartridges up to PCB norms.
